Signature Events
Throughout the year, AAED hosts a multitude of events statewide that provide professional education and opportunities to connect. These include luncheons, symposiums, mixers and networking events, and academy courses.
In addition, AAED hosts two signature, not to be missed, events each year including the spring conference and the fall forum.
Spring Conference Rapid Fire Submissions
Five (5) presenters will have a maximum of five (5) minutes to present no more than five (5) slides. Presentations should highlight an initiative, program, or project of your choice in this fun, fast, and dynamic format. Submissions should clearly convey the topic to be presented and how it might be of interest to the attendees.
You must be able to present on Thursday, April 24 at 12:30 p.m. at the Spring Conference in Oro Valley. The deadline to submit is Friday, March 28 and those selected to present will be notified on April 4.

Our 2025 Spring Conference session proposals ended on November 22. Session proposals for our 2025 Fall Forum will open in early 2025.
